    Craftsmen Shutters Process

    • Your journey to stunning shutters in your home starts with a free, no obligation home survey. Our surveyor will always give the best design advice taking on board your thoughts and ideas as part of the process.
    • In addition to helping you make the right design choices, our surveyor will ensure the very best fit thereby avoiding any problems with mismeasuring. Provided no changes are being made to the windows, he will take all the measurements and answer any questions you may have.
    • We will then email you a quote and drawings so you will have all the information you need to consider your purchase. You can get back to us once you have made a decision to purchase.
    • Once we receive the required down payment, we will process your order and your shutters will arrive in approximately 12 weeks. You will have a booked appointment for a fitting once we received them and your shutters will be fitted by our qualified fitter. Your shutters will stay looking beautiful for a long time, but you have the reassurance of our 5 years warranty and the support of our Customer Service Team.
